Key additions though are the two new protected zip pockets on the sides, and the new pocket construction to the rear which makes it easier to access your phone/gel while on the move. Cut somewhat longer for added comfort and modesty, the Trail Spirit Running Short is at home equally on the treadmill, tarmac or trail, with everything on the inside being kept protected by the sewn in inner lining.
